The Gazebo at Washington Market Park
The Gazebo may be reserved for small events of fewer than 50 people through The Friends of Washington Market Park. All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis via this webpage.
The Gazebo is available during normal park hours and may be reserved for a maximum of two hours. Set-up and clean-up must be done within the two-hour block allotted.
A donation of $200 is suggested for use of the Gazebo. All donations are tax-deductible and help to fund free community events as well as beautification projects in Washington Market Park.
***Events with 20-50 guests are allowed but also require a Special Events Permit from the NYC Parks Department.***

To request a gazebo reservation, select a date and time below then complete the form.
Once you have clicked the send button for the form, you will receive an email from our volunteer Gazebo Coordinator within seven days.
If your event is approved and you will have 20-50 guests, you must then apply for a Special Events Permit from the NYC Parks Department. This Parks permit can take up to six weeks to process.
As mentioned, a donation of $200 is suggested for use of the Gazebo, and all donations are tax-deductible. You may use the Paypal button below to make your donation. Please denote “gazebo donation” when you see the phrase “add special instructions to the seller”.
